Robert Zuccaro, CFA
Founder & CIO

Robert Zuccaro is the Founder & CIO of Golden Eagle Strategies. Over the course of his 40 year investment management career, Robert has managed market leading institutional portfolios and two mutual funds. He is one of the most successful investment managers having been named a top 10 manager in numerous years by the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, and Investor’s Business Daily. He’s also been cited for outstanding performance by leading publications including Financial World, New York Times, and USA Today.

Robert began his career at E.W. Axe & Co managing the flagship Axe-Houghton Stock Fund, which outperformed the S&P 500 for six straight years under his management. As an early pioneer in applying statistical analysis to portfolio management, Robert’s research has focused on identifying the common statistical threads of top performing stocks. Golden Eagle Strategies represents the culmination of four decades of research and expertise honed over the course of 10 bull and 9 bear markets. His research has revealed unconventional truths that drive the performance of the Golden Eagle Growth Strategy.

As a prolific researcher, life-long educator and philanthropist, Robert has authored numerous studies, market commentaries, and the book How Wall Street Reshaped America’s Destiny.

Marc Zuccaro
Managing Principal & Portfolio Manager

Marc Zuccaro, Managing Principal, co-founded the firm with CIO Robert Zuccaro. Marc is the portfolio manager for the Golden Eagle Growth Strategy which takes a concentrated approach to investing in high growth and innovation-driven equities. He also heads up the firm’s trading.

Marc built Golden Eagle’s systematic stock screening process which scours the entire universe of U.S.-listed stocks (including ADRs) each day to identify and track the fastest growing companies in the world. He also oversees the management of our extensive stock history database which includes millions of data points on stock performance across key factors that guide our robust stock selection process.

Prior to joining Golden Eagle Strategies, Marc managed electronic trading businesses for major investment banks around the globe. He served as Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets in London, where he led the EMEA electronic trading unit during the bank’s post-recession European expansion. During 2001-2008, Marc held senior product and management roles in the equities business of Lehman Brothers in London, Tokyo and New York. He began his career with PaineWebber/UBS.

Craig Peretz
Chief Operating Officer

Craig Peretz has been actively involved in the operational and compliance side of the alternative investment industry since 1988. Prior to joining Golden Eagle Strategies, he was an Alternative Investment Operations Consultant and served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer to Sierra Global Management. At its peak, Sierra had approximately $1 billion of regulated assets under management with multiple investment funds, including a traditional long/short equity strategy, a long only strategy, a China strategy, three managed accounts, and a UCITS Fund. 

Prior to joining Sierra in 1998, he worked with International Fund Administration (“IFA”) for three years where he was responsible for client administrative operations, financial review/preparation, fund set-up and investor/manager relations. In addition to leading IFA’s Bermuda operations for more than a year, Craig set up approximately 50 client fund structures in a variety of strategies, including one of the first Master Feeder Structures.  Craig has also worked in the private equity, corporate finance and investment recovery divisions of Equitable and Alliance Capital Management from 1988-1995 and served on Equitable's demutualization team.

Brynne Zuccaro
Global Head of Marketing

Brynne Zuccaro brings a wealth of managerial, marketing, client relations and digital expertise from some of the world’s most recognizable companies. Brynne emerged as a marketing leader at both Google and Foursquare, overseeing international launches for both tech giants. She has also worked at American Express marketing B2B financial products. Recently, Brynne served as the Vice President of Marketing within the executive teams at two high-growth NYC startups: Teachers Pay Teachers and Transfix.

While at Teachers Pay Teachers, Brynne built out the marketing and communications team for the education startup which was named one of the Top 50 Most Innovative Companies in the world by Fast Company in 2019. Brynne then joined Transfix, a Forbes “Next Billion-Dollar Startup”, to again build the marketing infrastructure from the ground up. She established Transfix as a leading player in logistics on the national stage through a brand redesign and the placement of 136 features and op-eds in Forbes, WSJ, New York Times, and Fox Business. She also generated enterprise leads which resulted in millions of dollars in annualized revenue.

Jamie Pusateri
Director of Investor Relations

Jamie Pusateri is Director of Investor Relations for Golden Eagle Strategies. She joined Golden Eagle team in 2024 in a full-time capacity, previously having served as a consultant since 2020. She brings more than 20years of experience in investor relations, sales, marketing, and operations to her new role.

In 2008 Jamie founded Tangent Innovations, LLC, a boutique firm that created custom solutions to meet clients’ needs. Over the past 16years Tangent Innovations has worked with a diverse group of clients in the financial industry and has interacted with both professionals and firms ranging from startups to established institutions. Jamie has extensive experience in event coordination, operations, marketing, branding, contract negotiations, strategic management, CRM management, website development and graphic design.

Alex Gildengers, CFA
Director of Business Development

Alex Gildengers, CFA has extensive experience in investment management. He started his career in 1997 as a securities analyst at Franklin Mutual Series. In 2002, he joined Sierra Global Management, a global long/short equity fund with a focus on European securities, as a Managing Director where he worked with Craig Peretz and helped manage the fund’s investments in a handful of sectors. In 2005, he joined four other partners to found Savannah-Baltimore Capital Management, a global long/short equity manager. He was a member of the firm’s portfolio management team.

In 2009, he founded Arga Capital to invest in and advise financial services startups. Investments included Evermore Global Capital Management, a long-only investment manager, Online Mortgage Group, an Internet-based mortgage lender, where he served as Executive Chairman, and Rowboat Advisors, a financial technology company with a state-of-the-art portfolio optimizer, where he served as head of business development.
